As shown in the picture, akala mo tapos na kasi napinturahan na siya ng silver, yun pala hanggang dyan lang sa ilalim ng flyover at walang hagdaan na pwedeng babaan doon. Yung pundasyon naman para dyaan don sa may KFC, tinabunan na at pinutol na ang mga kable.
Tanong lang po: Hanggang dyan na lang ba ito? Kailan po ba matatapos ang priority project na ito? Ganito po ba ginagamit ng gobyerno ang pera ng mga mamamayan? Hanggang dekorasyon lang ba ito?

It has 4 steps in applying for a copy of my Birth Certificate.
- Get a form.
- Fill the form up.
- Go to the authorized person for verification.
- Pay the Fees and recieve the schedule of releasing.
For these 4 steps, I got 4 hours to finally finish my transaction.
On March 29, 2005 I went to the CENSUS (National Statistics Office) Office to get a copy of my Birth Certificate. NSO is located at the East Avenue, Diliman, Quezon City.
